All quotations provided by Partitions LK are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until it has been formally accepted in writing by the client and confirmed by Partitions LK.
Project scope, timelines, and payment terms are outlined in a separate project agreement or purchase order agreed between both parties prior to the commencement of any work.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices quoted by Partitions LK are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. Payment terms are as agreed in the project agreement. Partitions LK reserves the right to adjust pricing in the event of significant material cost changes or variations to the agreed project scope.
Late payment may result in the suspension of work until outstanding amounts are settled.
5. Project Variations
Any changes to the agreed project scope requested by the client after commencement of work will be assessed and may result in a revised quotation, adjusted timeline, or additional charges. All variations must be agreed in writing before implementation.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Partitions LK website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of Partitions LK and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Partitions LK will exercise all reasonable care and skill in the delivery of its services. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage arising from the use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the value of the specific project to which the claim relates.
8. Warranty
Partitions LK provides a workmanship warranty on all installation work carried out by our teams. Warranty terms are specified in the individual project agreement. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, or conditions outside our control.
Product warranties are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant manufacturer or supplier.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
